Album Review: "Death Magnetic"

This is how I feel about the new METALLICA album:

01. Master of Puppets
02. Ride The Lightning
03. Metallica (aka "the black album")
04. Death Magnetic
05. Kill 'Em All
06. ...And Justice For All
07. Load
08. Reload
09. St. Anger

At first, I thought you were comparing each song on Death Magnetic to previous Metallica records.

I think very highly of Death Magnetic as well. It's the record they couldn't have made in the 1990s, and they definitely couldn't have made without making St. Anger.

The more I listen to it I come to love it. It brushes St. Anger under the rug for me. I can love the band again and not just remember who they were for the first 5 albums.

I have only seen the video. I didn't like that song. I want to hear it, but I have not liked anything and justice for all. Which I suppose I like more than Ryan.

Really? The black album over Kill em all?
