MTV: Kevin Hart Advises One Direction

One Direction have single-handedly resurrected the boy-band phenomenon, and this week, they'll take a victory lap at their first-ever VMAs, where they are nominated for Best New Artist as well as Best Pop Video. But for first timers, the VMAs can be daunting. What do you do when you win? What if you lose?
